The TBK-288 is an automated screen separation system engineered for the removal of Apple iPhone screens. It is designed to streamline the repair workflow through a fully automatic process that combines heating and separation into a single operation.

A key feature of this device is its universal, mold-free platform. This design ensures compatibility with all current Apple iPhone models without requiring specific molds for each device, simplifying the tooling requirements for repair shops.

Device stability during operation is maintained by a built-in vacuum pump featuring both upper and lower suction cups. The heating mechanism utilizes constant temperature control, specifically targeting the frame adhesive to minimize thermal transfer to the battery and internal components. To ensure safety, the intelligent jacking system lifts the screen to a pre-programmed, controlled height, designed to prevent tension damage to delicate flex cables. The machine is equipped with an LCD interface and offers both fully automatic and manual operation modes, providing technicians with flexibility depending on repair requirements.
